She was predeceased by: her sister-in-law Terry (Barbara Fox); her husband John P. Madden; her father Quentin W. Fox; her siblings-in-law, Anne L. (Madden) and Frank Sturm; and her nephews, Frank Sturm, John Sturm (JJ) and Cory Gerhardt.
She is survived by: her children, Molly E. (Madden), Lonnie Headley, Bryan P., Sarah Madden, Emily M. (Madden) and Brett Campbell; her grandchildren, Jacob L., John V. Campbell, Truman P. Madden, Roxanne L. Madden, Jackson T. Madden, Brynn E., Dominic W. Campbell and Layla G. Madden; her nieces, Elizabeth Brater, Suzanne Sturm, Kathryn Sturm, Jennifer Abels, Rebecca Danehy, Ann Chavez, Karly Gerhart and Sara Gerhart; and her nephew Joseph Fox.
