He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Maple and Madonna Maple (Reynolds); and his sister Nancy Maple. He is survived by: his wife Rita Maple (Ewing); his daughters, Andrea Maple (Alan Hancher), Lori Collis-Alexandria (Andrew) and Heather Smith-Anderson (David); his grandchildren, Bradley, Zeb, Dakota, Cole and Adelyn; and his sister Donna Parks-Lawrence (Gene). He is also survived by 4 Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, nephews and cousins.
