He was predeceased by: his siblings, Herman Campbell, Lloyd Campbell, Glenn Campbell and Mildred Adams. He is survived by: his spouses, Letitia Adams and Tish; his children, Michael Campbell (Karen) of Avilla and Linda Davis (Kevin) of South Bend; and his siblings, Mearl Campbell of Cornettsville, Opal Harper of Kendallville and Bernice Smith of Cornettsville.
