He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozel Faye Lento (Spivey) and William McKinley Spivey; and his brothers, William Jeffery Spivey and Rickey Spivey. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Spivey (Kristina) and Jamie Beake (Kevin Kensler); his grandchildren, Skyler Beake, Wren and Emlyn Kensler; his wife Sue Spivey; and his siblings, Marcella Bowling, Randy Spivey and Gregory Spivey (Rose). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
