She was predeceased by: her father Samuel Springs; her children, Monica R. Cherry and Kris Edward Copeland; her mother Florence Byars; her children, Florence Robinson and Cedric Eugene Copeland; and her grandsons, Keith Levar, Spencer and Mark Copeland.
She is survived by: her sister Florence Byars; her children, Linnea Williams (David) and Olan Copeland (Dorothy); her close friend Bertha Harbor; and her siblings, Ivory Robinson, Mattie Fishman, Omaha, Arklars (Jack), Freddie and Samuel Springs. She is also survived by grands, nieces, nephews, cousins.
