He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kohls; his children, Richard Mounsey Bell (Kandeee), Robert Bell (Debi) and Shelene Matthews (Damond); and his grandchildren, Richard Mounsey Bell VI, Jackie Bell, Courtnie Woods, Bianca Bell, Zaven Bell, Lexi Winandy, Abigail Loeffler-Bell, Joseph Loeffler-Bell, Daran Matthews, Dillon Matthews and Haylie Matthews. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
