It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Kloet of Zion, Illinois, born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on April 2, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Russell and Rose Russell; her siblings, Eleanor Mae Russell, Vivian King (James) and Robert T. Russell; and her nephews, Fred King, Jim King and Bob Russell.
She is survived by: her pet Remy; her husband Chester Kloet; her daughters, Carol Capp (Stephen) and Beth DePasquale (John); her grandchildren, Keith Capp (Collyn), Stephanie Soebbing (Adam), Michelle Angelos (Steven) and Laura Capp; her great grandchildren, Grant, Hadley Capp, Angela, Lily Soebbing, Matthew, Joshua and Elena Angelos; and her brother Fred Russell (Jean). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
