He is survived by: his wife Debra; his sons, Chase and Ryan; and his siblings, Linda Jackson (Gary), Rudy Pavletic, Toni Larson, Merle Thompson (Al) and Chris Pavletic (Heather). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
