We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2021, at the age of 81, Martin Stanonik (Zion, Illinois), born in Waukegan, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Stanonik and Catherine Mitchell; his wife Charlene "Sue" Stanonik; his brother Peter James Stanonik III; and his brother-in-law Robert "Ken" Harvey.
He is survived by: his children, Marty Stanonik II of Waukegan, IL, Kelly Stanonik-Ciepluch (Al) of Kenosha, WI, Kris Stanonik of Beach Park, IL and Heather Stanonik (Justin Spino) of Kenosha, WI; his grandchildren, Zac Stanonik, Sydney Stanonik (Josh Jankowski), Elizabeth Kramsky (Joshua), Kimberly Ogren (Craig), David Ciepluch (Greg Sommers), Zander Spino and Gavin Spino; his great grandchildren, Ariana, Nora, Emma and Ashton; and his sister Cindy Harvey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made, in Marty's name, to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital of Chicago.
