She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Laird and Lucy Laird; her husband Donald Hoffman of Elgin; her son Larry Hoffman; and her siblings, Linda Mae Plumleigh, Marjorie Sennholtz, John Laird, William Laird and Tom Laird.
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Webb; her sister-in-law Marian Sanders of New London; and her pet Mason Cooley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
