He is survived by: his wife Patricia Czaplicki; his sons, Christopher Czaplicki (Andrea), Thomas Czaplicki (Janelle) and Jason Czaplicki (Jamie La Palm); his grandchildren, Rachel Czaplicki (John Long), Seejon Czaplicki (Laura), Adam Czaplicki, Kenjin Czaplicki (Cora), Clark Czaplicki (Ariah) and Amara Czaplicki (Alexander Kniowski); his great grandchild Judah Long; and his sisters, Barbara Ferrantino and Sharon Fleenor.
