He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Ehlers and Eleanor Ehlers. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughter Jenni Ehlers; his grandson Matthew Ehlers; and his brothers, Jeff Ehlers (Melissa) and Greg Ehlers (Cheryl).
