It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Phyllis Crowder Andersson Bird (Zion, Illinois), who passed away on February 11, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Rolf Andersson and Roy Bird; her son Terry Lee Andersson; and her stepdaughter Donna Ponticelli. She is survived by: her sons, George Andersson (Sally) and Rolf A Andersson (Carol); her granddaughters, Raina Hodgson (Steve), April Jakubisin (Logan) and Laurie Kraenzle (Tom); and her stepdaughters, Cindy Barker (Barry Hodnik), Fran Christiansen (Brian) and Diane Nadelhoffer (Greg). She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and her loyal dog, Buddy.
During the pandemic she dearly missed her friends at the Senior Center, Red Hat activities and shopping.
