She is survived by: her husband Anthony; her sons, Tony (Leslie Edwards), Dean of Pleasant Prairie, WI and Edward (Kim Walters) of Zion, IL; her sisters, Patricia Hawkin (Floyd) and Carole Jachimiec (Peter) of Chicago, IL; and her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Skowronski (Bruce) of Gilbert, Arizona, Alexis Nicpon (John) of Lisle, Illinois, Thomas Hawkins (Jan) of Rensselear, Indiana, Dr. Nathan Jachimiec of San Jose, California and Nicholas Jachimiec of Chicago, Illinois..
