He is survived by: his stepchildren, Tim Henson and Chris Henson; his stepmother Mary Merson; his brother Kenneth Merson (Mona); his stepbrother John Agnew (Cheryl); his sisters, Hailey Merson and Faith Merson; and his stepsister Carol Cosby (Steve). He is also survived by 3 nieces.
