He was predeceased by: his mother Dolores Perez; his brother Andrew; his grandparents, Manuel, Elodia Padilla, Juan and Eva Perez; his aunt Rita Manry; his uncles, Rudy, Joe (Betty), Edward Padilla and Manuel Blea; and his cousins, Christina Calderon, Jason Waters and Marie Manry.
He is survived by: his father Martin; his sisters, Angela, Annette Perez and Amelia Pryor (Charles); his niece Tash Perez; his aunts, Raquel Blea and Elena Calderon (Frank); and his close friends, Ed Ross and Tim Macki.
