She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie R. King and Ila F. King (Catton); her husband Allen D. Ford; and her siblings, Floyd Catton (Jessie), Jerry King (Zaz), Ralph King (Ruth), Dorrance King and Dena Updyke (Kenneth).

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Dukey (Jack) of Princeville and Susan Adams (Joe) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Kristl DeBord, Jonathan Dukey, Chris Pyle (Bonnie) and Corinne Dart (Andy); her great grandchildren, Rylynn, Merrill Debord, Damon, Brendon Pyle and Olivia Dart; and her sisters-in-law, Elvessa King and Judith Nowlan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
