He is survived by: his wife Valerie Ann Milroy; his daughters, Jamie Samuels (John) of Colorado Springs, Amanda Zimmermann (Dave) of Fort Dodge, Iowa and Hannah Peed (Nick Ulrich) of Fort Dodge, Iowa; and his siblings, Roy Grant (Linda) of Wyoming and Joyce Blakey of Wyoming.
