He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bailey and Betty Bailey (Scott); and his brother James Bailey of Wyoming, Ill.. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Bailey (Helen) of Arlington, Texas, Janet Bailey (John Driscoll) of North Plains, Ore, Julie Bailey of Salmon Creek, Wash, Jane Dahmer (Lee) of Grayslake and Joanne Hickey (Luke) of Morton, Ill.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
