She is survived by: her parents, Lori Smith of Wyoming and Larry Schaffer (Doug) of Wyoming; her brother Justin Schaffer (Miranda); her nieces and nephews, Sage of Killeen, TX and Richard Schaffer of Wyoming; her grandparents, Roger, Candy Smith of Chillicothe, Phyllis, Scott Menold of Princeville and Judy Schaffer of Wyoming; and her uncles, Tony Schaffer (Teresa) of Wyoming and Ron Smith (Margaret) of Peoria.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital-Midwest Affiliate or the Ronald McDonald House.
