She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Colgan and Emma Colgan (Van Ooteghem); her husband John Henry Magnussen; and her siblings, Bernard "Bud" Colgan, Dorothy Williams and Catherine "Kate" Updyke.
She is survived by: her children, John B. "JB" Magnussen (Lucinda) of Princeville, Joseph Magnussen (Bonnie) of Wyoming and Cathleen Taggart of Charlotte. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Dominic Catholic Church in Wyoming.
