She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Conkling and Mary Ruth Conkling (Morris); her husband Gerald "Buster" Keith Heuer; her son Gary Heuer; her sister June Conkling Yohn; and her brother-in-law Frank Yohn.
She is survived by: her daughters, DeAnna Heuer Foran of Princeton and Lori Cekander (Greg) of The Woodlands, Texas; and her grandchildren, Becca Heuer-Giunta (Dave) of Evanston, Phillip Heuer of Colorado Springs, Daniel Foran of Seattle, Jonathan Foran of Tacoma and Megan Cekander of Houston, Texas..
In lieu of flowers, in honor of Barbara, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association, the Wyanet Community Club, or the Wyanet Historical Society.
