He was predeceased by: his father Stanley J. Stengel. He is survived by: his mother Maureen "Renie" Stengel (late Winston Holmes); his sibling Jerry Stengel; his stepbrothers, Ken (Maria) and Steve Holmes (Ann); his cousin Christopher Haaker; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Stephanie, Sam, Paul and Sophia.
