He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Peterson and Alice M. Peterson (Behrends); the mother of his children Suzette Marie Peterson (Adamowitz); and his wives, Kathryn Peterson (Hanni) and Bonnie Peterson (Lisenby).
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Graf, MD (Carl, MD) and Rebecca of Chris, DDS; his grandchildren, Andrew, Trevor, Kelly, Christopher Jr., Matthew, Katelyn, Nicholas and Kristyn; and his brothers, William Peterson and John Peterson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
