She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Parrish and Edith Mae Parrish; and her brother Thayer Parrish. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Petersen (Karen) and Paige Kohley (Ken); her grandchildren, Alex (Missy), Evan, Mitchell, Tori, Dylan and Drew; her great grandchild Mackenzie Mae; her brother Gary Parrish (Peggy); and her nieces, Felicia, LaDawn, Brittany and Jessica.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Lurie's Children's Hospital.
