We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2022, at the age of 89, Lela Johnson (Wood River, Illinois), born in Fieldon, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lela Johnson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Healey and Mildred Healey (Wiist); her husband Richard J. Johnson; and her sisters, Juanita Eyers, Evelyn Stumpe and Hazel Johnston.
She is survived by: her children, Jane (Jerry Platto), Eric (Lynne Johnson), Laura (Dan Cloninger), Evan, Nicholas Johnson (Gretchen) and Elizabeth Mauer; and also, Claire and Lacy. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Riverbend Humane Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
