He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Tanner and Violet Tanner (Gaither); and his brothers, Raymond Lowe and Richard Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Rob Tanner (David Mercer) of Ironton, John Thomas Tanner (Stacy) of Alton and Kelly Allsman (Greg) of Jasper; and his sisters, Nancy Cox of Glen Carbon, Susie Derleth (Rick) of St. Jacob and Janie McCann (Dave) of Fosterburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
