He was predeceased by: his son Steven. He is survived by: his parents, Harold Calvin and Pearlie Calvin of Alton; his wife Ann Meletti; his children, Jason James Yotter of Worden and Kristina O'Donnell of Jacksonville; and his sisters, Barbara Harris of Alton and Carla Calvin of Alton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
