Glenn Weaver Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn Weaver (Wood River, Illinois), who passed away on September 29, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Karns and Opal R. Karns (Weaver); his former wife Helen M. Drainer; his wife Jeanine A. "Jean" Haselhorst; and his son Lon Weaver.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Kirby of Glen Carbon and Richard Karns of East Alton; his children, Nancee (Kelly Bury), Anna (Max Ellis), Dee Sido of East Alton, Dan (Debbie Weaver), Chris (Marianne Weaver) and Claude (Tammy Weaver); and his daughter-in-law Michele Weaver of Rosewood Heights. He is also survived by many grandchildren, many great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
Due to the current Covid 19 restrictions, face masks will be required and social distancing guidelines will be adhered to.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Lewis and Clark Society, 1 Lewis and Clark Trail, Hartford, Illinois, 62048, where a brick will be placed in Glenn's honor or to the Alzheimer's Association.
