He is survived by: his wife Rita Sheets; his children, Sherry Haynes (Larry Shewmake, Jr.) of East Alton and Billy Haynes (Nitasha) of Licking; his grandchildren, Gavin Haynes, Keelan Haynes, Connor Haynes, Elena Haynes and Ayden Haynes; and his siblings, Jean Garner of Moro and Bruce Haynes of East Alton. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
