She is survived by: her parents, Edmund James and Shirley Bailey (Zinkl) of Springfield, Missouri.; her husband David Staggs; her children, Jessica Staggs of Alton, Gina Staggs of Collinsville, Brian Staggs of Granite City and Justin Staggs of Alton; her grandchildren, Autumn, Chloe and Uriel; and her siblings, Theresa Bailey of Springfield, Kim Turner of High Ridge and Jim Bailey of Labadi. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
