She is survived by: her husband David Thomas; her children, Nicole (Brent Link), JoAnna (Dustin Spicer) and Cody; her daughter-in-law Samantha Thomas; her grandson Jaxon Thomas; her sisters, Carla (Johnny McClennan), Cathy (Rick Brendel) and Rita (CJ Springer); and her siblings-in-law, Joey, Charla Thomas, Debbie, Nick Stilwell, Lori and Doug Allison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
