He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Placko and Catherine Placko (Rzeszutko); and his sister Yvonne Monaco. He is survived by: his children, Scott Placko (Kelly) of Cary, IL and Traci Larson (Kevin) of Johnsburg, IL; and his grandchildren, Alec, Connor and Erinn.
