He is survived by: his wife Christa; his children, Gottfried Caspari (Belinda) and Gisela Wicks (Robert); his grandchildren, Matthias Caspari, Katriela Scarborough (Zachary), Elias Caspari, Colin Wicks, Morgan Wicks and Tyler Wicks; and his sister Irmtrud Ritter (late Josef).
