She is survived by: her former husbands, Rex Adams and John Case; her husband Stephen Brandt, Jr. of Westfield, IL; her children, Terry Scott Adams (Bette) of Westfield, IL, Julie May Margaret Evans (Jim) of Westfield, IL, Travis Lee Adams of Westfield, IL and Amanda Jo Case Adams (Jacob) of Westfield, IL; her sister Dema Kay Lee of Terre Haute, IN; her grandchildren, Terry James Adams (Leah), Jurnee Evans, Joseph Adams, Zoe Adams, Madelyn Adams, Katlen Schroder (Randy), Cooper Adams and Alex Adams; and her stepchildren, Steve Carl Brandt (Terri) of Jacksonville, FL, Mary Ella Brandt of North Stonington, CT, Heather Lynn Siegrist of Minster, OH, Alea Anne Brandt of Effingham, IL and John Roy Case (Shelly) of Galatia, IL. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, twenty step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
