He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dorwart and Mary Dorwart (Edmondson); his son Craig Dorwart; his grandson Derek Shearburn; his sister Verna; and his brother-in-law Harold Pitchford.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dorwart (Dodd); his daughters, Kelly Shearburn (Randy) of Jacksonville and Janice Lancaster (Scott) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Jed Lancaster (Tasha), Zach Lancaster (Amy) of Modesto, LeAnn Shearburn of Dallas, TX. and Keith Dorwart (Joslyn) of Pawnee; his pet Ruby; and also Carrie Dorwart of Waverly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
