She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Franklin and Nellie Knight Franklin; her husband Alvin R. Turner; and her daughters, Amanda Turner and Elizabeth "Pooh" Stanberry.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Snider of Springfield, Frank Howard (Angi) of Girard and Richard Howard (Beth) of Waverly; and her sister Shirley Ford of Jerseyville.
