He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henry and Mildred Lyons Willhelm; his daughters, Vicky Goins and Lavon Perugino; and his niece Sherry Yearber.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Perugino (Tony) of Waverly and Kristy Green (James) of Chatham; and his sister Gilda Shearburn of Waverly.
