It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Lowder (Waverly, Illinois), who passed away on November 3, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett William and Esther Pauline Lovelace Lowder; and his brothers, Peanut Lowder, Wayne Lowder, Bob Lowder and Dale Lowder.

He is survived by: his children, Denise Lowder of Pueblo and Devin Everett Lowder of Seattle; his grandchildren, Hannah, Natalie and Skye; and his sisters, Shirley Wasilewski of Athens and Eilene Kruse of Pleasant Hill.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Franklin Baptist Church c/o Neece-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home, 349 Tanner, Waverly, Il. 62692.

“We were sorry we did not know Bill passed away last Nov. He was such a sweet & caring person. When our mom, Cleopa Shipp in Waverly, was very ill a few years back he took it upon himself to visit or call every day or two to check on her. We will always remember his example of kindness & charity.”
