He is survived by: his wife Donna Levandoski; his children, Timothy, John, Cynthia and Kristen Levandoski; his granddaughters, Alyssa Nitch (Zach), Bianca Torres (Shane Hamm) and London Levandoski; and his great grandchildren, Camden Nitch, Colsen Nitch and Kaia Hamm.
