She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander P. Skokowski and Jean Skokowski; her sister Patricia Ann Skokowski; and her son Joel D. Slovnik. She is survived by: her children, Kristen Tuohy (Kevin), Frank Slovnik (Nikki) and Amy Gramer (Jim); and her grandchildren, Dylan, Raquel, Jacob, Abby, Ashley, Cole and Mason.
