She is survived by: her children, Terry Hoffman (Dana) and Randall Hoffman (Patty); her grandchildren, Aaron Hoffman (Amber), Angela Albright, Melissa Arko (Rich), Clair Hoffman (Dara Showrai) and Alison Hoffman-Han (Charles); her great grandchildren, Logan, Taylor, Hayley Hoffman, Jaylee Douglas, Easton Albright, Ella Ruby Arko, Sid and Clio Han; her nephews, Phil Rafferty, Jim Welsch and Tom Welsch; and her niece Carol Birk.
