He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. and Mary Ann Palm, Sr. (Ripple); his spouse Erline Riley; and his siblings, Raymond Palm, Wilbert Palm, Wilma Seggerman and Dorothy Cooley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Dunkelbarger (Kent) of Pekin, IL, Terry Hibben (David) of Chicago and Karen Cook (Ralph) of Washington. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
