He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William R. Hoerr and Catherine Hoerr (Whalen); his wife Frances B. Audi; his children, Dianna Pelissero (Bob), Michael Hoerr and Kevin Hoerr (Christine Stocker-Chapin); his grandchildren, Amber (Brett), Cathy (BJ), Alexis, Brittany, Sam, Alexandra and Sydney; and his sister Barbara Ritchie (Bob) of Pekin, IL. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
