She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Russell Smith and Beverly Iona Greenhalgh. She is survived by: her husband Scott A. Williams; her children, Andrew L. Williams of Washington, Tyler A. Williams of Peoria and Courtney L. Williams (Dan Zilm) of East Peoria; her grandchildren, Gavin A. Williams of Washington and Kylie A. Boeke of Bloomington; her brother-in-law Michael Williams (Alissa); her nieces, Luci of Morton and Abbi Williams of Morton; her aunt Gina Simmons of Peoria; and her cousin Janet Bearce (Greg, family: Ellen Henderson, Kent Hooker, Todd Hooker). She is also survived by animal lover, and leaves behind six cats and one dog.
