He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ashley and Henrietta Franz. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Nutter; his children, David (Donna) and Lori Bennett (Patrick); his grandchildren, Amanda Rogers (Mike), Curtis Spence (Anna) and Paige Swearingen (John); and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Amelia and Sawyer.
