He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Cody Klein of Effingham, IL, Jessica Klein of Batavia, IL and Katelyn Klein of Washington, IL; and his sister Jo Ann Mathews (Brian) of Thorntown, IN. He is also survived by two nieces and 4 great nephews.
