He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bandeko and Dorothy Neff Bandeko. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley L. Jones; his children, Daniel Bandeko (Cathy) of East Peoria, David Bandeko (Deb) of Peoria and Dianna McGrew (Scott) of Poolesville, MD.; his sister-in-law JoAnn Martin of Savannah, TN.; and his daughter Linda Bandeko. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
