With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rick Ragan of Washington, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on November 4, 2021 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Neal Ragan, Sr., Betty Baken and Bobbie Robertson. He is survived by: his parents, Neal, Jr. Ragan and Donna Robertson Ragan; his siblings, Deb Catton (Rob) of Washington and Mike Ragan (Lisa) of Washington; his nephews, Kory, Kody and Kacy Catton; his grandmother Dorothy Ragan; and his close friend Angela Beutel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northern Tazewell Fire Protection District.
