Bolam; his wife Ella McGaan Thompson; his son Jeffery Bolam of Dublin, OH; his stepson Wesley Thompson (Lori) of Pekin, IL; his grandchildren, Jackson Bolam of Homewood, IL, Hannah Evans, Hunter Thompson of Pekin, IL and Lincoln Isakson of LaGrange, GA; and his siblings, Richard Bolam of Pekin, IL, Peter Bolam (Sally) of Temple Terrace, FL, Leslie Leitner (Tim) of Pekin, IL and Kathleen Brown (Bobby) of Broken Arrow, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his church.
